Terms of Service

Welcome to Miyao. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Miyao mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by SEOBINARY LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using Miyao, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Miyao is an educational App for children. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the Service. Parents and guardians are responsible for the activity of the children using their device.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial, family use only.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Miyao require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are governed by the Apple App Store's refund policy and must be submitted directly to Apple.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Resell, rent, or sublicense the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service or its security.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Miyao — including the curriculum, lessons, character designs, audio, illustrations, software, and the "Miyao" brand — is the property of SEOBINARY LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7. User Content

Miyao does not currently include features that allow users to upload or publish content. Voice practice recordings stay on the device and are not transmitted to us.

8. Religious Content

Miyao teaches Islamic content. We strive for accuracy and warmth in every lesson and review content with care. However, no app substitutes for the guidance of qualified scholars or teachers; the Service is intended as a supplementary educational experience.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOBINARY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may release new features, retire old ones, or change pricing with reasonable notice for paid plans.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the App or via this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
